À la carte resumes are delivered within 24 hours. Package resumes are delivered within 48 hours as part of the full engagement.
Do you offer refunds?
Robert stands behind his work. If you are not satisfied with your deliverables, he will revise them at no additional cost.

The coaching portal is available to clients who purchase any coaching service (Job Seeker Intensive, Career Accelerator, or Executive Retainer). It includes session summaries, a job search tracker, scheduling, billing, and referral rewards.
Do you work with clients outside Las Vegas?
Yes! All coaching sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams. Robert works with clients nationwide.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted through our secure payment system powered by Square. Executive Retainer clients are billed monthly.
